In 2021, a highly regarded Law Firm recognized a gap in the market
for innovative risk management solutions tailored to complex industries. Their vision was to bridge the gap between the insurance purchasing process by driving program outcomes. Operating out of an office in lower Manhattan, that vision materialize into the formation of Euston Group Brokerage LLC. In 2024, that vision was expanded with the strategic addition of seasoned industry partners. Executive Partner
Catia Alati is an Executive Partner and the business development lead for Euston Group Brokerage LLC. She is primarily responsible for producing and facilitating insurance transactions. In addition, she leads the account management team to ensure client strategies are deliverables are properly executed. Catia has extensive experience in the construction and real estate industries, specifically with Wrap-Ups, including OCIPs, CCIPs, GL Only, as well as Builders Risk, Labor Guard products, and Owner/GC project specific programs. Catia has developed KPIs and creative solutions for clients, by designing models around large loss funds and strategic frameworks to reduce exposures. She has also developed critical and leading relationships with insurance markets and business partners alike in support of advocacy for her clients.
Catia started her career 35 years ago in claims at one of the largest global insurance carriers. Over the course and evolution of her career, she fostered a healthy understanding of the insurance industry from production to claim management, lending her the ability to offer her clients a full suite of risk solutions.
When not working, she is traveling in and around her beautiful hometown of Sora (Italy), playing beach volleyball with her friends, spending time on the green playing golf, or enjoying her day with her favorite K-9, Mr. 7.

Justin Czap leads Euston Group’s Property and Casualty Division, overseeing innovative insurance and risk management solutions for complex construction and real estate projects nationwide. With over 20 years of experience as a licensed Property & Casualty broker and Certified Construction Insurance Professional (CCIP), Justin specializes in crafting tailored insurance programs for high-value developments, serving top general contractors and real estate developers.
His expertise includes contractual risk transfer, OCIPs/CCIPs, builder’s risk, workers’ compensation, general liability, and more, aligning with clients’ operational and financial goals. Previously, as Risk Manager for a national general contractor, he managed risk transfer, insurance procurement, and safety initiatives across multi-state portfolios. His dual perspective as a broker and corporate risk manager ensures practical, client-focused solutions.
Justin holds a Master of Science (’14) and Bachelor’s degree (’07) from St. John’s University. A dedicated husband and father of three, he coaches youth hockey with a USA Hockey Level 5 certification, fostering leadership and teamwork. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, surfing, ice hockey, and offshore fishing.

Bill Jones is the Principal and General Counsel at Euston Group Brokerage LLC. He leads client relationships and fosters a collaborative, innovative culture, excelling in strategic problem-solving for optimal client outcomes. As a seasoned litigator, coming from a long line of attorneys, he leverages deep knowledge and extensive legal experience to resolve complex claims effectively.
Dedicated to community service, Bill provides pro bono work to non-profits and serves on the Board of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Charity, supporting families of injured workers. His professional leadership includes past presidency of the Workers Compensation Bar Association, counsel to the New York Claim Association, and roles in Department of Insurance Task Forces. A Wall Street Journal Award recipient, he has authored numerous legal articles and a book on Workers’ Compensation Law for the New York State Bar Association.
